It is now a rising theory that depending on the darkness of a person, it is then the amount of darkness that is organic for their waking hours. This theory is called Waking Hour Theory. It is also the same with the lightness of their person.
Dark Light Sensitivity
We are considering the amount of sensitivity that dark people have to light within this theory for their work environments. If they have a sensitivity to light, then it is more considerate to ask what type of lighting is most comfortable for them to be able to continue their work and their living.
Let’s say that a dark person cannot see clearly in the light, but rather sees in the dark, as our theory suggests. Then perhaps a dark environment will help them to be proficient in what they do so that they can have a safe life.
Not only does this effect their work life, but it also effects their legal safety. They may be able to drive safer without headlights turned on their car, being more compliant with safety regulations, organically, than the law allows.
Position Allowance Consideration
Where it is instilled that only certain roles or positions are allowed during certain hours of the day, this is called Position Allowance. Position Allowance Consideration is the consideration given in those companies for employee representation within inclusion.
Currently, the majority of night time roles, from a light person’s perspective, are within Red Light District allowances. These include: prostitution, strip dancing, and drug sales. This forces dark people to work in those areas, corralling them into being human trafficked or sold into sexual slavery.
Red Light Filtering
For technological screens, people with Dark Light Sensitivity may be able to use red plastic filters on screens to be able to see what is happening on screens and read on screen.
Below is an example of a red plastic filter that can work for screens. They are often used for photography.
